  • We get it and sometimes you want to share a good thing. Memberships are non-transferable, but we're happy to discuss adding a loved one under a Corporate Membership or exploring options that work for your situation. Reach out and let's talk.

  • Absolutely. Your needs may evolve, and we're here for it. Whether you're moving from an Individual to a Corporate Membership or adjusting your plan, just contact us and we'll make the transition seamless.

  • Yes. Members can enjoy the convenience of house account billing for purchases made at The Vault. Keep the evening uninterrupted and settle up on your terms.

  • We'd hate to see you go, but yes you may cancel your membership at any time. We simply ask for 30 days' notice / written notice so we can close things out properly. No hard feelings. The door's always open if you decide to return.
